Buying items is very simple, there are three ways of transferring the item you bought, Trading Post, Gifting, and 1 NP Auctions. Read below for more information, and remember, by buying any Neopoints, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions. Items may take up to 48 hours to receive because we need to contact the owners of the item and buy them from the auctions. This takes up time, but we will E-Mail you with updates if it takes longer than 24 hours.Transfer Methods
Gifting is the easiest, and fastest way to transfer an item. After you purchase an item, we will gift the item to your account, and you will have three days to accept it. This has minimal freezing rate out of the three transfer methods.
Using the Trading Post to transfer is more work than Gifting, after you purchase an item, you set up a lot with a junk item, and we will bid on it with the item you purchased. This method has average freezing rate, because The Neopets Team may find it suspicious someone is offering a good item for a junk item.
Auction transferring is one of the easiest ways to transfer. After you pay, we will add you as a Neofriend and put up an auction for twenty-four hours. Auctions has the highest freezing rate out of the three, this is because everyone can see the transfer take place, but most of them will not do anything, because a lot of people use this method to transfer between friends and themselves.
